Company Points, Not Individual Frequent Flyer Points

AwardMax assists companies in optimally earning, managing and using frequent traveler points that are provided directly to the company. These are not frequent traveler miles and points earned by the individual traveler, but separate, corporate points provided by loyalty program providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, credit card companies, etc.).

Full-Service Solution

AwardMax is a full-service solution for any task related to company loyalty points. If it involves corporate points, we handle it. We have over 20 years of experience with clients of all types and sizes. We have the knowledge, technology and expertise to provide company point program solutions that are seamless for the company, the travel agency and the individual travelers.

GDS Connection

By acting as an extension of the company's travel agency (or in-house agency), AwardMax is able to connect to the company’s travel booking center. This connection allows AwardMax to process company travel bookings in order to optimize the earning and management of these company-generated points – and to act as the redemption center for the use of these points.

Not a Travel Agency

We are not a travel agency. We serve as an extension of the company’s travel agency (or in-house agency), acting only as a company point program specialist. AwardMax markets our product through travel agencies and often works with travel agencies to private label our product for them.

Technology

For over two decades, we have developed proprietary software and systems designed to optimize the earning, management and use of company generated points earned from both travel and non-travel sources. In addition to frequent traveler miles and points offered to individual travelers, many loyalty programs (e.g., airlines, hotels, credit card companies, etc.) also offer points directly to the company. This means that both the company and the individual traveler can earn frequent traveler points. However, the AwardMax focus is entirely on the company points, not the individual, frequent traveler miles and points earned by the company’s travelers.

Pricing

The AwardMax fee is entirely performance based.

Our fee structure is 25-30% of the savings we achieve for the company—a company pays nothing unless we save that company money.
